Wisdom Books, LLC if, for
any reason, you're not 100% satisfied with any product you've
received from us. Product must be in re-sellable condition when
received back in our office (no damage/scratching to casing,
CD's, etc).
Returning
a product?
If the product you ordered didn't meet your needs, we want to
know about it. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and
your feedback helps us improve our products. If you need to
return a product, just follow these simple steps:
Call us at
1-877-538-3446 to receive
your Return Authorization Number.
Indicate
your preference as to credit, exchange or refund. Credit card
refunds may only be made to the same card used for the original
purchase. Note that refund processing can take up to 2 weeks.
Fill out
the Return
Request Form.
Carefully
re-pack the item in a sturdy carton, along with all related
material. Be sure to include the Return Authorization number and
your Return
Request Form in the returned package.
Package must arrive in our office,
sent certified mail, return receipt requested, no later
than 30 days of the invoice date.
Packages
which arrive after the 30 day guarantee period, but before 60
days of the invoice date are not eligible for a money back
refund, but are eligible for a credit towards any of our
qualifying programs.
Packages
which arrive at our office 60 days or more after the invoice
date will not be
refunded, and our office is not responsible for re-mailing your product back to you.
Returned
products must be in "like new" re-sellable condition.
Refunds are not allowed on discounted purchases.
Please
note that we reserve the right to charge a minimum 25%
restocking fee if these return procedures are not followed.
Liability for lost or damaged return items belongs to the
customer. Any
returns must be sent, following the above guidelines, to:
